Birthday/Anniversary

My mother cried when I read her the 60th birthday poem you wrote on my behalf. It was humorous, but also incredibly moving.

She was convinced I had written it myself; amazingly it was written through my eyes, with my phrasing. The warmth, sensitivity and humour was perfectly pitched.

Thank you so much for the poem for our daughter’s birthday.

I have just read it to my husband and, as yesterday, broke down before I got to the end. You have captured what I told you beautifully and I am really, really pleased with the poem. You have done a brilliant job, yet again. A real ‘thank you’ from the bottom of my heart.

We won’t be there on Samantha’s birthday, and this will be a lovely and personal way of letting her know she is in our thoughts, although so far away
